Venue: physical or virtual location where the event is held.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website or participating in an event, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. Exhobuzz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
4. Event Participation
Participation is subject to approval by Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Participants must adhere to event-specific guidelines, schedules, venue rules and applicable laws.
5. Registration and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure participation. Full payment must be made by the communicated deadline. Additional services such as custom booth designs or promotional services must be settled before the event.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations within 30 days of an event are not eligible for refunds; cancellations 30 days or more before an event may receive a refund after administrative fees. If Exhobuzz cancels or reschedules an event, participants may be offered a full refund or alternative event date. Force majeure cases are handled at the organizer’s discretion.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The use of Exhobuzz branding and promotional materials is not permitted without written consent. Event media and promotional content produced for or during events remain the intellectual property of Exhobuzz. Exhibitors must ensure their displayed content does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Liability
Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, property damage or personal injury during an event. Participants should secure appropriate insurance.
9. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave professionally. Harassment, illegal activities or other serious violations can result in removal without refund.
10. Use of Cookies
The Exhobuzz website uses cookies to enhance user experience. By accessing the website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Photography and Media Release
By participating in events, participants grant Exhobuzz the right to use photos, videos and other media content for promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
